We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data. We don't have user accounts. We don't run analytics. Your audio files never leave your device — they are converted 100% in your browser and transferred directly to your Beebii toy over your local Wi-Fi network.

Children's Privacy
Beebii toys are designed for children, but our website and app do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not have user accounts, and we do not require a child to provide personal data to use the toy. Audio files are provided by the parent / guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Services
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising SDKs.
International Users
Hosted in Australia. Accessible worldwide without geofencing or login, as required for Google Play. If you access Beebii from outside Australia, you do so at your own initiative.
Your Rights (Australia)
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you (limited to voluntarily provided contact data). Email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance. We will post the new effective date at the top. For material changes affecting the app, we will update the policy link in the Play Console and within the app.

For Play data safety form: all categories are listed as “No collection” except user-selected audio files which are processed locally only.
